At the beginning of my apprenticeship, I did not anticipate the extensive scope of a materials tester's role. I was particularly pleased with our in-house training workshop, as it allowed me to not only understand the basics and link them with practice but also apply them directly. This enabled me to work independently in my department. OTTO FUCHS entrusts us with significant responsibility early on, demonstrating their appreciation and great trust in us apprentices.
