Our Code of Conduct represents the basis for our compliance programme, which is binding for all OTTO FUCHS employees – regardless of the organisational level. In our Code of Conduct we lay down our standards for ethically correct behaviour.

The core issues are integrity, honesty and respect as well as responsible, sustainable action for our environment.

We are committed to respecting human rights in our own business area and in our global supply and value chains. In doing so, we are guided by international standards as well as other human rights standards. We have also laid down this commitment in a separate guideline.

HUMAN RIGHTS & ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS

We have installed the function of a human rights officer who supports the implementation of human rights due diligence obligations and monitors compliance with legal obligations. 

In our Policy Statement, we also emphazise our position on respecting human rights and environmental standards. We report regularly and transparently on our progress and further development in an annual report.

RESPONSIBLE SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

With regard to responsible procurement, we have drawn up a binding Supplier Code of Conduct for our suppliers on compliance with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations in our supply and value chains. Further relevant information can be found in our purchasing and supplier portal.
